- The most important training principle to have in a good training program is the “overload principle”
- F.I.T.T - Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type
- A complete training program should contain the 7 movement patterns
- Squat, deadlift, bench press, row/pull-up, overhead press, conditioning, recovery = quality program
- Don’t try and out train a poor diet… it wont happen
- Eat for how you train
- Nutrient timing is important
