“The training room” is equipped to train a max of 4 people in a group which is goal and performance based in a fun, safe atmosphere. This style of training helps people reach levels of body composition and performance that they would not achieve alone. Other benefits include;

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN(FMS)

FMS is a system that ranks and grades physical movement patterns that are fundamental to normal physical function. This screening process identifies physical limitations and asymmetries which can affect performance.
